LOAD-IN DETAILS
Please reference the load-in schedule for your appropriate load-in times (linked below)
Sponsors/Vendors may drive SMALL vehicles onto the grass to unload. After unloading, immediately move your vehicle to the vendor lot. If it has rained recently and the field is not dry, sponsors may NOT drive onto the grass. Driving on the lawn is strictly prohibited after 4:45pm.
Food Trucks should enter the park via Bowling Avenue off West End Ave. This will make it easier to park your truck in the designated order and allow for your passenger side/food window to be available on the PARK side for access. Food trucks may NOT pull fully into the grass area per Metro Parks rules. Food trucks will be parked along the vendor parking lot with two wheels (right hand, passenger side) onto the curb/grass so that attendees are able to walk right up to your window. This is a rule that MUST be followed per Metro Parks. If you have a trailer – PLEASE DISCONNECT FROM VEHICLE as we need to be able to fit everyone accordingly.
LOAD-OUT DETAILS
All sponsors and vendors must remain setup until the film begins (approximately 8pm). Once the film starts, you may begin breaking down.
NOTE: Vehicles will NOT be allowed on park grass for load-out prior to the end of the film. If vendors would like to load-out before the end of the film, they must carry/transport their items to their vehicles in the vendor parking lot.
