Lindsey Cox

CEO, Launch Tennessee

A Tennessee native, Launch Tennessee CEO Lindsey Cox has dedicated her 15-year career to supporting and accelerating startups and entrepreneurs in Tennessee and beyond. Her experience includes tenures at the U.S. Economic Development Administration’s Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Washington, D.C. and as CEO of The Company Lab (CO.LAB) in Chattanooga. 

Dr. Natalie Dickson

President & CEO, Tennessee Oncology

Dr. Natalie Dickson leads one of the nation’s largest community-based oncology practices while advancing innovative, value-based models of cancer care. A board-certified hematologist-oncologist with more than 20 years of clinical experience, she is recognized for championing evidence-based medicine, high-quality patient care, and the strategic use of clinical information systems to improve outcomes across a large multi-site healthcare organization. 

Kim James

Kim James brings more than 18 years of nonprofit leadership experience in community relations, program management, donor engagement, and communications. A widely recognized civic leader, Kim's impact has been honored by the Nashville Business Journal, the Nashville Post, and the Junior League of Nashville, and she remains deeply committed to strengthening the Nashville community through service and collaboration.

Ryan Wood
