AT-HOME RECIPES
CINNAMON APPLE MARGARITA
2 oz Hacienda Rio Verde Blanco Tequila
1.5 oz apple cider
0.75 oz lime juice
0.75 oz agave
Dash ground cinnamon
Salt rim: mix turbinado sugar, salt, cinnamon
Combine Hacienda Rio Verde Blanco Tequila, apple cider, lime juice, agave nectar and cinnamon in an ice filled shaker tin. Shake to chill. Strain into ice filled rocks glass, rimmed with the sugar/salt/cinnamon mixture. Garnish with apple slices, cinnamon stick and star anise.
ESPRESSO MARTINI
2 oz Hacienda Rio Verde Tequila Reposado
1 oz Espresso
0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish with Coffee Beans
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker tin. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with three coffee beans.
Spicy Pineapple Margarita
2 oz Hacienda Rio Verde Tequila Reposado
2 oz lime juice
1.5 oz pineapple juice
1 oz agave syrup
Salt or Tajín for rim
Jalapeño
Frost an old fashioned glass with salt or Tajín, add ice, Hacienda Rio Verde Tequila, agave syrup, lime and stir with a bar spoon. Add some slices of jalapeño and pineapple as garnish. Salud!
