Q: How much does it cost?
A: It's free!

Q: Can I bring a chair?
A: Yes, but please sit only in the area designated for chairs.

Q: Can I bring my kids?
A: Yes, Movies in the Park is a family-friendly event! All movies are PG-13 or under, but we encourage you to use your own discretion when deciding if the movie of the week is appropiate for your family. We hope to see the whole family out!

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Yes! Pets are welcome, but they must be on a leash at all times. Be considerate and pick up any doggie leftovers. Dog cages and/or pens are not allowed.

Q: Can I set up a tent?
A: No- only sponsors are allowed to have any type of set up at Movies in the Park. Guests tents, shade tents or any other large set up beyond blankets and chairs is not allowed.

Q: What safety protocols will be in place?
A: Per the Metro Public Health Department, outdoor events do not currently have a capacity limit. However in order to create a safe environment for all attendees, we ask that you maintain social distancing as often as possible and leave plenty of space between you and other groups when selecting your seat in the park.

Q: Will food be available for purchase?

A: We will have food and drink vendors to choose from on-site. Be sure to bring cash as not all vendors will be able to accept credit/debit cards.

Q: Can I bring alcohol?
A: No. Alcohol is not permitted in the parks. Anyone found with alcohol will be removed by park police.

Q: It's storming! What now?
A: Follow us on Facebook at Nashville Scene's Movies in the Park for the most up-to-date info. Our reserved rain date will be announced if we have to cancel any of the showings

Q: Is there an official Movies in the Park hashtag?
A: There is. Tag your Facebook, Instagram and Twitter photos with #MIP21 and @NashvilleScene to be featured!

Q: What time should I arrive?
A: Food trucks, games, sponsor giveaways, activities and the fun starts around 5pm. Our film will start at sundown (typically 8:00 in June) but come early to snag a spot, grab some food and get ready for a show under the stars.

Q: Do I have to wear a mask?
A: There is currently not a mask mandate in Davidson County. However, masks are still recommended when in large crowds and you are not able to be socially distant. We kindly ask that if you're in close proximity when ordering food from our vendors, interacting with our sponsors or other attendees you maintain a safe distance or wear a mask.
