What is Iron Fork?
The Nashville Scene’s Iron Fork event is a sampling event and cooking competition and features four local top chefs from Nashville’s best restaurants going head-to-head in a cooking competition to win the prizes and entrance into the World Food Championships. The catch? One secret ingredient. The chefs will battle in a cooking competition modeled after the popular Food Network television show Iron Chef and prepare a dish that includes a secret ingredient for a panel of judges.
