

COCKTAILS OF BURGER WEEK
Whether you're taking your #SceneBurgerWeek23 burgers to-go or just want to whip up something fun at home, we have plenty of options for you!! Check out the official cocktails of Burger Week, thanks to our partners Corsair Distillery and Black Sheep Tequila.

PINEAPPLE DAIQUIRI
2 oz. Corsair Dark rum (option to infuse with pineapple)
0.75 oz. lime juice
0.75 oz. simple syrup
Lime wheel garnish
Shake and double strain. Served up. Top with angostura.

CORSAIR GIMLET
2 oz. Corsair American Gin (option to infuse with cucumber, cranberry sauce, etc.)
0.75 oz. lime juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup
Lime wheel garnish
Shake and double strain into chilled coupe.

TERRY'S OLD FASHIONED
2 oz. Corsair Dark Rye
0.5 oz. crème de cacao
3 dash orange bitters
Orange peel garnish
Stir and strain into chilled rocks glass over 2-inch ice cube.

BLACK SHEEP MANHATTAN
2 oz. any Black Sheep Anejo or Reposado aged Tequila
.75 oz. sweet red vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir all ingredients until chilled, strain and serve straight up.

BLACK SHEEP MEXI MULE
1.5 oz. Black Sheep Blanco or Reposado Tequila
0.5 oz. lime juice
3 oz. ginger beer
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass (or copper mug, if you're fancy) over ice, stir gently.

BLACK SHEEP TEQUILA ROSITA
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. sweet red vermouth
1 oz. Black Sheep Blanco Tequila
Combine all ingredients in lowball glass with ice, stir to chill and dilute slightly.
